Καλησπέρα, πρέπει να ξεκίνησω να μετράω το σάκχαρο πριν και μετά από 1 ώρα στα 3 μεγάλα γεύματα..

Αν υπάρχουν εμπειρίες από αξιόπιστα μηχανάκια θα με βοηθούσε πολύ.
