Ποτηράκι για νερό Chicco

Να ρωτήσω κάτι, πήρα το εκπαιδευτικό ποτηράκι για νερό της Chicco και για κάποιο λόγο στάζει όσο και να το σφίξω ( εκεί που βιδώνει, όχι από τις τρυπούλες που είναι για να πίνεις). Υπάρχει περίπτωση να κάνω κάτι λάθος είναι ελαττωματικό?

Αν είναι αυτό που έχει και τα χερουλάκια, τότε βάλε πρώτα τα χερουλια στις εγκοπές επάνω στο καπάκι και μετά βιδωσε το στο ποτηράκι προσέχοντας να μην φύγει απ' αυτές τις εγκοπές βιδώνοντας.
