καλημερα!!εχω ενα μπεμπακο και εδω και 2,5 μηνες προσπαθουμε για αποκλειστικο θηλασμο!εχω το symphony της medela και κανω 8 αντλησεις το 24ωρο συν τους θηλασμους. απο χτες το βραδυ ποναει το δεξι στηθος στο επανω μερος...κανω μαλαξεις, ριχνω ζεστο νερο στο μπανιο αλλα τιποτα.καμια συμβουλη???
