ο ΟΠΑΔ δεν ασφαλιζει τεκνα συζυγου του δημ υπαλληλου (προγονους) επειδη λεει , δεν ..προβλεπονται στο κανονισμο του ΟΠΑΔ (αντιθετα ,και ορθα , οι προγονοι προβλεπονται σε ολα τα υπολοιπα αφαλιστικα ταμεια).

Συγχρονως, και ορθα ,προβλεπονται να ασφαλιζονται απο τον ΟΠΑΔ τα υιοθετημενα και αναδοχα τεκνα.

δηλαδη

η οικογενεια του υπαλληλου μπορει να ασφαλισει ενα "ξενο" παιδι, αλλα οχι το παιδι του συζυγου!!
