Διαβασα προχθες μια πολυ βολικη και ευκολη συνταγη για σπιτικη κετσαπ!!!

Την εκανα και ομολογω βγηκε πολυ καλη.

 

Πολτοποιουμε στο μπλεντερ

 

8 κ.σ πελτε ντοματας

4 κ.σ ελαιολαδο

2 κ.σ ζαχαρη αχνη

2 κ.σ ξυδι

2 σκελιδες σκορδο

80 γρ. τυρι φετα

λιγο αλατι και πιπερι

 

και ετοιμο!!!
