Μελανα χειλακια

Εχω παρατηρησει οτι ο γιος μου καποιες στιγμες της ημερας εχει μελανα χειλακια.Το αποδιδω στο οτι μπορει να κρυωνει εκεινη τη στιγμη.Η καρδουλα του ειναι καλα-προχθες τον ακροαστηκε η γιατρος.Ομως παρελειψα να τη ρωτησω για το μελανιασμα.

Τι αλλο μπορει να ειναι?
