απορια για τα γαλατα

λυστε μου σας παρακαλω την απορια=γιατι,για παραδειγμα,τα neslac και junior γαλατα της nestle γραφουν στα συστατικα αποβουτυρωμενο γαλα?τι εννοουν?δε νομιζω παντως πως εχουν λιγοτερα λιπαρα σαν τα γαλατα light.ακομα και τα βρεφικα γαλατα σε σκονη αποβουτυρωμενο αγελαδινο γαλα γραφουν.ξερει κανεις τι ακριβως σημαινει?

σίγουρα τα λιπαρά που έχουν τα βρεφικά και παιδικά γάλατα έχουν ιχθυέλαιο για να παίρνουν Ω λιπαρα και άλλα φυτικά λιπαρά. Τώρα γιατί το γάλα είναι αποβουτυρωμένο δεν έχω ιδέα.
