θέλω να ρωτήσω το εξής

 

όταν λένε ότι μέσα στα 2 χρόνια πριν την απόλυση πρέπει να να έχεις 200 ένσημα απο πότε μετράνε ???

 

π.χ. η απόλυση έγινε 31 ιουλίου

η μέτρηση γίνεται απο τον ιούλιο του 2007 έως τον ιούλιο του 2009 ????

 

ή μετράνε το 2008 και όσοι μήνες είναι του 2009 ???
