Οι φόβοι των σεισμολόγων είναι ότι οι νεκροί, ίσως να ξεπεράσουν τους 1.000. Έπεσαν 25-30 κτίρια στη γειτονική περιοχή Ερσίς και περίπου 10 κτίρια στην πόλη Βαν και στις γύρω απ' αυτήν περιοχές.

 

Η Ελλάδα θα στείλει άντρες της ειδικής μονάδας καταστροφών της πυροσβεστικής καθώς και ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια.

 

Ο Θεός να λυπηθεί τον κόσμο όλο.
