για να λαβει μια εγκυμονουσα το επιδομα απο ΟΑΕΔ αφου γεννησει πρεπει να ειναι σε ενεργο εργασιακη σχεση. αν καποιος ειναι σε αναρρωτικη αδεια ειναι σε ενεργό εργασιακη σχεση η οχι?

Και βέβαια είναι... Η εργασιακή σχέση λήγει μόνο αν παραιτηθείς ή απολυθείς. Με την αναρρωτική δεν εξακολουθείς να είσαι εργαζόμενη;

Επομένως βρίσκεσαι σε ενεργό εργασιακή σχέση και σε περίπτωση που μετά την άδεια λοχείας 23/03 έχεις λάβει 5 ημέρες άδεια άνευ αποδοχών και από 01/04 - σήμερα βρίσκεσαι σε ισόχρονη προς το μειωμένο άδεια ?
