... Αν δεν το ξέρετε ήδη, σας ενημερώνω ότι σύμφωνα με τον 3801/2009 Ν. (ΦΕΚ Α 163/4-9-2009) , άρθρο 18, παρ. 2 προστίθεται εδάφιο στον Δημοσιουπαλληλικό κώδικα:

"Στον πατέρα υπάλληλο χορηγείται άδεια δύο (2) ημερών σε περίπτωση γέννησης τέκνου"

Επίσης στο ίδιο άρθρο, παρ. 1

"Σε περίπτωση πολύδυμης κύησης, η άδεια λοχείας αυξάνεται κατά ένα μήνα για κάθε τέκνο πέραν του ενός"
